Our Josh Allsopp Kids Camp was an outstanding few days of high-level learning, focus, and growth. The kids were pushed in the right way, challenged technically, and guided through concepts that directly translate to real competition and confident training.

Throughout the camp, Josh broke down complex movements into clear, simple steps, helping students understand why techniques work not just how to perform them. Sessions were structured, fast-paced, and engaging, keeping all ages locked in from start to finish.

Beyond technique, a strong emphasis was placed on mindset, discipline, and preparation. Students learned how to warm up with intent, stay composed under pressure, and make smart decisions during live rounds. The improvement in confidence and awareness across the group was clear by the end of the camp.

A huge thank you to Josh Allsopp for sharing his time, knowledge, and energy with our kids, and to the parents for their continued support. Camps like this play a massive role in developing well-rounded athletes and strengthening our team culture at GFORCE.

GFORCE Kids Awards Day

Today we celebrated our junior team with a simple but meaningful moment. Certificates were presented to recognise effort, consistency, improvement, and the character our kids show in the gym.

At GFORCE, we want every child to feel seen and valued. Not just for winning, but for showing up, listening, being respectful, supporting teammates, and doing the hard work even when it is challenging.

Today’s Grappling Industries event delivered another strong performance from our team. Across multiple divisions, our kids and teens stepped onto the mats with confidence — the result of consistent training and trust in the process.

We’re proud of every athlete who competed today. Wins and losses both matter when they are built on respect, resilience, and a commitment to improvement.
